Your probably not fat at all. Focus on giving your body the nutrients it needs and eat clean, filling, beneficial foods 2-3 hours a day. Use a wide variety such as dairy like cheese and yogurts, grains (rye bread, wraps, brown rice), sugars like fruit and meat, eggs, beans!
Anything clean is good! But try eat a lot of amount of fruit before or after working out or something and keep it to the morning.
Try replace the yogurt for something a little power in sugar maybe Greek yogurt with a spoonful of the vanilla one
I try keep 1200-500 depending on how much I work out
